HDM Solar will undertake due diligence processes to identify, assess, and manage

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Any violation of this policy will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to, termination of contracts, relationships or employment. HDM Solar is committed to continuously improving it practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.

Review and Update

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. HDM Solar will update the policy as needed to address emerging risks and challenges related to slavery and human trafficking.

This Anti-Slavery Policy is approved by the senior management of HDM Solar and is effective as of 12/05/2025.
